Peter
Cronin, Partner
|
Peter has over 20
years of business and personal development training experience. He is a
business generalist providing solid advice on strategy, structure, systems, finance
and health & safety to Business Owners across all sectors.
He
is involved in Mentoring and Business Coaching and is Managing Director of the
Alaymont International group of companies.
Alaymont is a
growing Training organisation delivering programmes on business, finance,
communication, facilitation, leadership, management &
tendering.
Peter has since 2000 mentored 100 individual start-ups per year with an
exceptionally high success rate.

Michael
Horgan, Partner

|
Michael
specialises in business start-up and development, focusing on sales, marketing,
strategic operations, customer care and retention.
His early career
spanned the Irish Goods Council, 3M and Univar where he gained extensive
experience in developing new product lines and evolving existing ones. This
included management of a sales team, development and delivery of business plans
and setting up and running new business lines.
He spent the
last 10 years in Rehab Enterprises as Business Development Manager and as
Director of Enterprises 2007-2011.
During his time with Rehab he had strategic senior management responsibility for
the waste recycling, retail and manufacturing sectors and was responsible for the
successful start-up and management of Rehab’s new business units.

Howard Kent, Partner

Howard
has over 30 years experience in the services sector with key expertise in strategic
review and planning, business development, sales, customer insight, brand
development and marketing.
He was
co-founder and director of BFK, one of Ireland's largest brand
consultancies.
He has played a
key role in the formation, development and expansion of a number of successful
businesses and projects across a range of sectors including FMCG, manufacturing,
technology, services, retail, leisure, tourism and semi-state.
Howard joined
the SB Productivity Programme at the outset in 2006 and is responsible for its
Operations and Client Development.
He has successfully delivered the programme to over 30 companies.

Nicholas
Martin, Partner

Nicky specialises in finance, strategic planning, change
management and corporate governance. He facilitates client development and
growth with a core empathy for the specific strategic needs and sensitivities
of SME Business Owners and their management team.
He has supported many SME's though their start up phase in
business plan development, identifying investment requirements and sourcing
grants, investor and banking support.
He has over 30 years’ experience as a professional advisor
including Senior Manager of Small Businesses in a big 4 accountancy practice;
Local Enterprise Development Officer; Business and Management Programme
Author, Developer, Lecturer and Trainer for FÁS, DSFA and County Enterprise
Boards. Nicky developed the SB Productivity Programme in 2006 and is
responsible for its ongoing development, on-line tool upgrades and their
implementation.
